Mobi24 stores person-related data beyond the legal retention period if they are needed for the enforcement or defence of legal claims by Mobi24. In such cases, the duration of storage is primarily determined by the statutory periods of limitation and the period in which claims against Mobi24 can be filed. Your data are only stored for as long as required by the purpose of the processing, or if their storage is provided for by law. Data that are no longer required are deleted to the extent permitted by law.
6. Your rights in connection with the processing of your person-related data
Mobi24 is prepared to provide you with information on the processing of your person-related data at any time.
